Who we are

K&K Biryani & Fast Food is a restaurant based in Lahore, Pakistan. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at inpodex1@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect information when you place an order. We ask for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your delivery address
• A landmark near your address (optional)
• Order notes, such as special instructions (optional)

We also record the items you order and the branch you order from. There are no accounts, logins, or passwords. You do not need to sign up to use the app or website.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about that order (for example, to confirm your address or tell you about a delay).

How your information is stored

• On our system: order details are sent over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in our restaurant management system, HisaabPOS.
• On your device:your recent orders are saved on your own phone or browser so you can see your order history. Your name, phone number, address, and landmark are also saved there so you don't have to type them again next time. This information stays on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app, or, on the website, by clearing your browser's site data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties. The only exceptions are:

• The delivery rider handling your order, who needs your name, phone number, and address to deliver it.
• When we are required to by law.

What we don't do

• We don't show ads.
• We don't use analytics or tracking tools.
• We don't track your location.
• We don't collect payment card details. All orders are paid for in cash on delivery.

Children

Our app and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for business and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing inpodex1@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Please check back occasionally to stay informed.
